A before and an in between

Well I think it's supposed to be called a before and during, but in between sounded cute . Anyhow, the last two days I've been busy with this (one of my very favorite thing to do)



Remember our living room before? here's a reminder..



So this is it in between, missing a rug, some shelves and a lot of accessories..







But you got the general idea.. It seems like a whole different room to me, like I'm in someone else's house.. Excuse the lousy pictures this is the least lit area in the house even though these pictures were taken in the middle of the day.

But having a very very very tiring time, first the kiddo had a fever, and then I got a cold and now we are both a little sick and a lot tired. I have tons of things to do and can't yet do and I am just so bored I can scream so hard. 7amdillah.

So only two lovely persons commented, guess that people don't like gifts anymore, or finding me so boring with what little posts I've been writing , whatever it is, I would like to thank those who still come and visit and mostly the ones who still leave a comment.

A second give away and a visit from my twin

First the giveaway..
The previous post was my 200 post.. Imagine that, I had 200 different things in 200 different days to talk about, and here I thought my life was uneventful..!

I finally got a visit from my crafty twin last night, I managed to start the bag I was commissioned to do and to decorate these with a dotted ribbon

It was a really enjoyable projects, painting, decoupaging and some added embellishments, what's not to like..

I also want to share this with you, I got that for my crafty moments and I just love it so much I take it with me every where..



It's a mini FM radio, pictured there next to a small glue stick for measurement. So that's all for now I'll be waiting for your comments, just remember it's going to be a nice gift once I decide on it ..lol.

Ready for winter

Look who is all ready for the cold season (even though it's not officially here yet)

Two places in my life

I managed to take pictures of my favorite place for the last month, the swimming pool at the gym..



It's usually quiet and empty in the mornings which i like, how nice is it to swim in a whole pool by yourself, or with a close friend.



So I'm trying these days to update the decorations in our house, starting from the living room.



There is nothing there , just the basic things and a few decorative ones. I have big plans for this area which is not being used much since my husband has a home office and I have my studio. But I'm aiming for it to become a family/guest room that is warm and welcoming, if not for anything , atleast to use our poor tv..



So updated pictures will be posted inshallah whenever I finish decorating. hopefully soon.

Good weather means going out

A birthday, and some faces..!

Our small family celebrated the little princess's birthday in chili's Friday night, we ordered the cake with the waiters singing happy birthday , she liked watching them all the time whenever we go there, and she was very happy



We gave her the gifts and she was more excited



And on Saturday she took some party bags and donuts to the kids in her school and I think it made her feel special. I was planning on having a big celebration for her with the princesses theme but all last week I've been either in bed or the recliner in front of the tv not being able to move without feeling a huge amount of pain from my back, 7amdillah I am much better now but I missed 4 days of the gym and I feel tired and depressed from all the pain.

So while I was sitting not being able to do much but watch boring tv, I tried finishing the book I started reading months ago, and here what I got stuck between my book and me..
